Joseph William Ivo Davis, a seaman, aged 25, who annoyed and followed two young girls to their homes in Church street, was fined £10 and costs, 10s. in the Magistrate's Court on Thursday afternoon on a charge of being found unlawfully on premises in Church street. A charge _o£ behaving in an offensive manner iras withdrawn.
