MAGISTRATE'S COURT
To-day's sitting of the Magistrate's Court was presided over by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M. "Waretini Wano Kauhoe, a labourer, aged 30, was fined £1 and ordered to pay ■witnesses' expenses, 9s, in default five days' imprisonment, on a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner while drunk in Bintoul street.
