Signor Mussolini is tired, and wishes to retire on the completion of ten years' dictatorship in October, but he first wants to see the European situation settled. None of his councillors wish to see Signor Mussolini resign. The Minister of Communications, Count Costanzo Ciano; is first on the list of possible successors, but ,he is not anxious to accept the responsibilities of the position.
