GOVERNOR RE-ELECTED | (Received Cth April, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, stb April. I The re-election of Mr. Montague Norman as Governor of the Bank of England during the coining year, and of Sir Ernest Musgrave Harvey, as DeputyGovernor, was announced* to-day. This is the thirteenth successive year Mr. Norman has been elected.
