(Eeceived 30th March,' 11' a.m.)' BUGBY, 29th March. ■ Discussions regarding tfuj; methods of approaching the Danubian problem continue. The British Government hopes that it will be possible to arrange for a conference of the four Great Powers, to be followed by a conference of the Danubian States. The object of the Pour Powers' Conference would be to lay down a general guiding -principle which would assist the Conference of the Dannbian- States to arrive at some scheme. ' . Although the date and place of the preliminary conference, 'have not yet been settled, it may be held next week before the opening of the resumed sittings of the Disarmament Conference. Meanwhile, it is known that the French Prime Minister, Monsieur Tardieu, will be in London next Monday for a general preliminary discussion with the Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary on Danubian affairs.
