An appeal by the leading New Zealand jockey, Hector Giay, a^airibt his suspension for thiee months, by the Judicial Committee of the Te Aioha Tockey Club in connection with the udmg ot Antique in the Piesidenl's Handicap on 29th Februaiy, was upheld by the Auckland District Committee ot the New Zeaiaud "Racing Confeience The deposit ot JLS lodged by Giav was lefunded
