STEPS TO MAINTAIN ORDER

LONDON, 16th. February. Dublin reports state that troops, have arrived, and a number of electoral precautionary measures have been taken to prevent intimidation at the Free State elections. It was said that shots were fired at another Government candidate, but this is declared to be false.
