"-Jly Wife's Family," described as the funniest nun farce ever produced is showing at the Artcraft Theatre to-night. The plot is concerned with tho feud between Jack Gay and his interfering mother-in-law—in fact, Arabella is the most complete mother-in-law ever achieved on stage or screen. She is suspicious, Interfering, sarcastic, narrow minded, bossy, and unbeautiful. She says and does all the things that have made mothers-in-law a stock joke. Her son-in-law, however, after his efforts to appease her ill-nature have failed and sho has completely destroyed the happiness of his home, finally retaliates and- devises terrible epithets for her.
