Thomas, trottinc handicapper. that as tUB limit horses In the trotting events on the first day of the- Marlborough Meeting are handicapped at 3.37 they wHJ have to be placed on 24yds behind the limit and start from that mark. All other horses in those races also go back 24yds. (The adjustments have been Incorporated in the acceptances above.)
