A statement was submitted showing that she had been operating for some years. Kate Macdonald, aged 26, was charged with participating in four charges. In sentencing Mahs to four months in gaol,' the Magistrato said that she had deliberately set out on systematic thieving for which there was no necessity, for her husband was in good circumstances.
