PUMPING AIR INTO HULL

LONDON, 7th February. The British Admiralty states that the position of the- sunken submarine M 2 precludes the possibility of raising her by means of hawsers. Air will be pumped in until the craft comes to the surface.

If the tide and weather prove unfavourable, the attempt may be postponed until April. . x
