EUGBY, 28th January. The League of Nations' Council io« day adopted a roport approving the acceptance of Irak as a member of the League ns soon as the British Mandate roulA end. The Mandate will accordingly terminate- at the next League Assembly meeting, when Biitain will recommend Irak for membership; J^
