SPEEDWAY RACING

MEETING POSTPONED.

Owing to the unfavourable weather the meeting to have been held at the Kilbirnie Stadium Speedway to-night has beon postponed until Mondßy night. There are 'four riders from overseas, all o£ whom are noted .-..for spectacular manner in which they negotiate the bends, and with the local riders also in form the displays should be eihilarating' •

Weather permitting, the Artillery Bund •will give an open-air concert at 3.15 p.m. to-morrow at the beach, Worser Bay. An attractive programme has been prepared. As the band is much in need of funds, a silver coin collection -will be made.
