MAN ' S SKULL FRACTURED

' A man believed to be Michael Migounoff, a Bussian, aged 20 years, was found in, a pathway at the Napier Hospital this morning suffering from a severe fracture of the skull. His con* dition late this evening was reported as critical. The injured man is be? lieved to have arrived recently from North: Auckland. He complained lately; of dizzy turns. ■■. '
