IRISH FREE STATE'S GREAT SEAL

PRESENTED BY THE KING

EONDON, 19th January

There was' y an historic ceremony at iSandringham when His Majesty' received Mr. John W. Dulanty, High Commissioner for the Irish Free State, ( and handed him a Great Seal of solid j.silver bearing a harp on one sido and the head of the King on the other. Their Majesties afterward gave a luncheon to Mr. Dulanty, who left for Ireland to-day with the seal.

Tho Irish Free State is the first of the Dominions to exercise the right constituted at the last Imperial Conference to possess a Great Seal.
