WOOL MARKET

AUCKLAND SALE

MANY PASSINGS

(By Telegraph.—fcrt* Aiiboilitiori.) AUCKLAND, This Day. . The second Auckland \fdbl Bale of the season opened this morning. At boon the two largest catalogues had not -been reached, but so.fat as it has gone the sale has been exceedingly disappointing. It appeared that more than 50 pet cent, of the total offering of 23,000 bales would be passed. Prices may be on a par with the Auckland November level, except pieces and bellies, which may be lower. The wool is poorer in quality than the November offering. iV
