The Prime Minister (Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald), presiding at the final plenary session of the Burma Round Table
Conference, prefaced his statement of tl-Q Government's policy by communicating to the Conference a message from the King, in which His Majesty oppressed formal thanks for tlie loyal message sent by the. Conference. Tho message added: "Having followed with close interest your proceedings, I realise how varied"and corapJex are the problems calling for solution between tho Governments of Burma and India.
'I earnestly trust that the result of your deliberations will further the prosperity and development of your country and, at the conclusion of your labours, I send you my best wishes for a safe return to your.home."
