United Press Association—By Electric Tele- ' eraph—Copyright. (Received. 13th January, 10 a.m.) . OTTAWA, 12th January. Sir George Perley, the Hon. Maurice Dupre, and Miss M. W. Kidd, of Montreal, president of the National Council of Women, will represent Canada at the Geneva Disarmament Conference, the Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, announced on Tuesday in receiving a petition containing the names of nearly half a million. Canadians, asking for disarmament. The petition was presented 'in the Senate Chamber. It! weighed nearly a quarter of a ton, and was transported to Parliament Buildings in a mot or-truck.
