(Received 12th January, 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, .This Day: Mr. Kiddle, governor of the Commbn« wealth Bank, announced that the Rural Bank fixed deposits, which have been capitalised at 3 per cent., will be reconverted to fixed deposits at increased rates. Ten per cent.-are already inada available for withdrawal, and of tha remaining balance half will be converted into fixed deposits for twelve months, bearing interest at 3$ per. cent., and the other.half into fixed deposits for two years at 4 per: cent. • ■ ■ ■ •
