Britten, of the House of Eepresentatives, has requested a Congressional investigation of the "reign of terror" which is reported as being imminent in Hawaii, and has demanded naval occupation until order is restored. Meanwhile Major Granville Forteseue, who is ill with pneumonia in New York, has become gravely ill because of worry concerning his wife's difficulties in Honolulu.
Other members of the family plan to hurry to the assistance of Mrs. Forteseue Lieutenant Massie.
