Valley Magistrate's Court returns show .'that during the last quarter, as compared with the last quarter of 1930, there has.been a decrease in both civil and criminal business at Petone, a decrease'in criminal cases at Lower Hutt, but an increase in the civil business at Lower Hutt. The figures, with 1930's .quarter's in parentheses, are:— '■■
