JUBILEE MINSTREL BAND

Local enterprise lias given the public an opportunity oC enjoying something new in the way of musical entertainment as well as feeing a remarkable representation ot a performing minstrel band. Lifelike figures with popular musical instruments are set on ii stage, and, operated mechanically, they give a performance -which is said to be an eye-opener. Tho actions of the "artists" are alone well worth seeing, and the music adds to an entertainment which is unique. The "Robot Jubilee Minstrel Band," as it is termed, was imported at considerable cost from the Luxemburg Exhibition. An added attraction is a thrilling performance, .''The- Decapitation of Princess Zenobina," an act by humans, performed within three feet of the audience.
