(By Telegraph.) ~ (Special to "The Evening Post.") I AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. D. Harkness, who has been in Hi-health most of the time he has been in New Zealand, has not gone to the Ninety Mile- Beach. It is known that he has been in conflict with Mr. N Smith' over the cooling system of the' engine, ana it was expected that he would go back to Sydney by the Maunganni last Thursday. It is understood that he is awaiting the return to-day of Mr. C. Westcott (Lord Wakefield's representative) from Sydney.
