RAIL CARS AND ANTIAIRCRAFT POSTS
(British Official Wiretass.) RUGBY, 29th December The Buinanian State railways hav# placed a considerable order &,r rail cars with the British Sentinel-Cam m ell Company. This is a sequel to a visit' to Great Britain and other countries by General Jonescu, Director-General of Railways, and other Rumanian, officials, who carefully inspected different types of rail-car in service. The Belgian Minister for National Defence has placed an order with Messrs. Vickers, the well-known British firm, for the equipment of eight anti-aircraft posts.
