SYDNEY, This Day. The harbour bridge, that fruitful source' of minor industrial troubles, is again in the limelight. The men engaged on the construction of the approaches to the bridge under the Public Works Department, . threaten to cease work unless they are paid good conduct money in full. This amount is awarded at the end of each year, and previously was free of deduction, but under the latest legislation affecting Public Service pay it is subject \<t taxation.
