(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. Smith says that Sir Malcolm Campbell is the greatest driver in the world, but he believes that, having the latest - model and improvements in equipment, together with a longer beach run, he himself is certain to break the record. If Sir Malcolm Campbell again attempts the record, Mr. Smith thinks he will come to New Zealand to do so, as the best track in the Empire is here.
