The; coneWdinjg ' taeoting Of the' 2TA Children's Session Advisory- Committee was held on Tuesday, Pastor Carpenter presiding. in. the absence of Mr. L. Greenberg. A. letter was received from Mr. A. B.; Harris, general m.anager, expressing the .-directors' . very deep . appreciation of .the co-operation both of the indi-1 vidual members of the committee and of the organisations represented by j them. The members present spoke, in appreciative terms .of the useful and happy.-.relationship that had existed between the company and the- committee, :ahd the following resolutions .were unanimously endorsed: "That this committee places on.record its high appreciation of the work of the Kadio Broadcasting Company in so far as it applies to the children's sessions,. a,nd its regret at the severanco ;of the - splendid . relationship that has existed between the company and this committee. Thi« committee desires to record also: its appreciation of the great opportunity it has been afforded by the company to help in- entertaining and educating the children through the medium of the radio broadcasting service." "That this (;onimitte©: places oh record its high appreciation' of tho work of the, staff for^the help'and co-operation; that has at. all times been so readily given by them, and records also a special word of thanks, to the secretary of the conjmittee.", "That a record be made of the r thanks of this committee to the organiser for the excellent work she has done,' and to the ladies and gentlemen' who in tho voluntary capacity of a.uiits and uncles have given so generously'of .their time and talents for the benefit of the thousands of unseen young folk whom they have served 30 well." i • .
