HOSPITAL LEVIES

At the last meeting of the Wellington Hospital Board, the chairman (Mr. F. Castle), in reply to a question, stated that two contributory bodies were behind in the payment of their levies. The local bodies referred to were the Johnsonville Town Board and the Lower Hutt Borough Council. It should be explained" that although the levies had not been paid at the time the question was asked the payments are not actually due for a fortnight yet.
