Mrs. A. 11. Miles, Hobsoii stroet, vv lll leave on Friday evening for Christchurch, whore she ■will stay with Mrs. J. H. Hall. I Mias Frena Grace and Miss Joyce Finlayson, Sydney, arrived in Wellington on Monday, and are the guests of Mrs. X; C. Addison, Kelburh. Mr. and Mrs. W. Watson will inovo on Friday to their house at Hcretaunga. Lieut.-Commander and Mrs. W. H. Bremner will occupy Mr. and Mrs. Watson's house in Halswoll street; Mrs. Tulley, Temuka, is paying a visit to Wellington; Mrs. Hughes Steele, Wellington, will leave on Monday next to visit Mrs. E. J. Cordner) Christehurch. Mrs. L. A. Wilson, Soatoun, will return to Wellington by the Maunganui on 15th.December after an absence of two years and a half abroad. She will stay at the Hotel Arcadia on arrival. Miss Drew, New Plymouth, is the guest of Miss Kirk, Karoi-i. ' Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Park returned to Wellington yesterday morning from Christehurch. ' Mr. and Mrs. N. ; S. Nieol arc Wellington visitors to Christehurch, Mrs. George Cook,. Lower Hutt, returned to Wellington last week by the Eangifata after a trip abroad. Mr.: and Mrs.' L. A. The unveiling of a memorial tablet to the memory of Miss Mary Victoria Gibson took place at the Girls' High School, Christehurch, to-day. ■ Mrs. J. S. M'Kay arid Miss Franklin, of ■ Hawera, are visiting; Wellington, and are staying at the Empire Hotel. Miss Jocelyn Eiddiford, "Woburn," Lower Hutt, who has been visiting her grandmother, .
