It is expected that first orders under the Imports Bill will be issued on Tuesday. It is understood that preference to Empire goods will be dependent on a '23 per cent, value as the result of labour within the Empire, and in the case of goods manufactured within the Empire, but not wholly Empire material, will apply only to the portion made, from Empire material.
