SIR JOHN SIMON RETURNS

The Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, intends to'return to London to attend an important Cabinet meeting, fixed for Friday, and, in his absence, Lord Cecil will represent Britain on tho League Council. If necessary, Sir John Simon may rctwn to Paris .later.
The consideration of the Manchurian situation waa continued privately this morning by members of the Council, and at picsont the date of the next publiu session has not been fixed.
