MR. WRIGHT AT NGAIO

The.Coalition candidate for Wellington Suburbs, Mr. E. A. Wright, addressed a large meeting in-the Town Hall, Ngaio, last evening. The meeting was described as one of the largest ever held in the district. Mr. B. Lynnebcrg presided. The candidate, who received an attentive hearing, referred to the necessity for sound financial administration at the present juncture. Tho position was far too serious to justify dangerous experiment, and at best the Labour Party would be a dangerous experiment. Mr. Wright outlined the steps which had already been taken by the Coalition Government to meet the situation, and said what had.been accomplished gave an indication of the sound measures that would be adopted in the future. He urged all those who desired'to see a sound, stable Government in New Zealand to concentrate on official Coalition candidates.. Mr. Wright was accorded a vote of thanks and confidence.
