(Eeceived 20th November, 2.45 p.m.) BERLIN, 19th November.
The German Government has present* cd to its creditors in tho Bank of Inter* national Settlements, requesting the convocation of the special advisory; committee of the bank to.examine Germany's capacity to pay reparations. The committee of German debtors is requesting an extension of standstill agreements for commercial debts expiring on 29th December.
The Berlin' Bank of Trade and. House Property has suspended payments. Tht Government is expected to intervene in the interests of depositors, mostly small (shopkeepers and bouse owners.
