WANGANUI, 19th November

As a result of a cart in which he was riding on Warrengate road overturning, a child, Michael Thomas Eeyttard, aged 5 years, had his skull fractured and died in his father's arms when being carried home yesterday afternoon. . .

~ The boy was'riding on top of a load of firewood. The cart overturned and <ell down a bank. When it was seen that the child was injured his father, who lives on No. 1 line, was advised, and at once hurried to the scene of the accident.
