PRISONERS SENTENCED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day In the Supreme Court sentences were imposed this morning as follows: George Edward Clout (butcher), con* vie ted on six charges of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, 9 months' hard labour on each charge, concurrent; Henry Ernest Ferguson Lee, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to four charges of forgery and uttering, 9 months' imprisonment, to be followed by 12 months' reformative detention on. each charge, concurrent; Francis Peter Harrison, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to breaking, entering, and theft, two years' detention, at a Borstal institution.
