(Received 18th Noy^mber, 1 p.m.) LONDON, IJTth November. ' Sir William Morris|, speaking at Dundee, said that trade in the South of England was imprdting by leaps and bounds. He would nfjt be surprised to see a business boom hn Britain within six or twelve months
Sir William also recalled a conversation with the Prince lof Wales, when, returning from Argentina, tho Prince said: "Morris, I am going back to advertise my country. .We have been hidingour light under a.;bushel too long.
