THREE MONTHS' SURPLUSES

October, liko August and September, has brought Germany a record export surplus. The cumulative surplus since January is £.117,000,000. Britain continues to bo Germany's best customer. ' Germany's imports have declined by £17,000,000 compared with October last,'year.
