OLD NAVALS CLUB
The Old NavaW Defence Rifle Club continued their programme at Trentham on Saturday for the championship, Habe Cup, and first series under ideal conditions, which enabled the members to show some of their true form. The shooting was of a very high standard. At 300 yds, President M'Bain made a very good 48, and four other members got 44 each. At 000 yds, President M'Bain-was'again in excellent form, and topped the score with the first possible of the season. He was -heartily congratulated. Rifleman T. M Gill put oil a very good 48, closely followed by Riflemen P. Congreve and 1!. Congreve, 46 each, and F. Franklyn, 4c. Scores are as fallows: — ■ SOOvds. 500y<U. Hop. Ttl.
