DANNEVIRKE, This Day. Dannevirke electors have decided to remain loyal to the Coalition candidate, the Hon. E. A. Hansom. A\ meeting called to consider the advisabloness of nominating an Independent candidate to contest the Pahiatua seat was sparsely attended. Two speeches were made by the .convener and a member of the audience, but no motion was proposed. The meeting dispersed without expressing any opinion. 1. There is every possibility now" of Mr. Ransom being returned unopposed.
