DANGEROUS CRIMINAL

Ho was one of four men concerned in a burglary, at Wiri { V.tbn_ revolver shots were fired".
The prisoner, in a statement from tho dock, appealed for a retrial, which -the Judge refused, saying that the verdict was quite sound. Tho accused was a dangerous criminal. The most serious crime was-the attempt to shoot a policeman in Wanganui.
