BROADCASTING BILL
OBJECT OF AMENDMENTS
In. reply to a question by a "Post" representative to-day, the Prime Minister (the Bight Hon. G. \V. Forbes) stated that the amendments proposed to be made by-.thc Government to tho Bill would 'not in. any way affect the .principle of the measure. The object 'of the alterations was to • make the legislation more' workable. It was expected that" the redrafted Bill _would be available. for the consideration of the House on Monday next.
