Authority has boon granted by UlO City Council for the surface sealing of portion of the tramway reserve between Moxhnm avenue and Hamilton road. Plans submitted by the City Kll- -' ginner for the future widening of Constable .street liavc been adopted by the City Council. No action is to bo taken fo improve an access way between Norway and I'lunkct streets at present.
