MEETING AT KELBURN

There was a good attendance of members of the Kelburn and central groups of tho Women's Social Progress Movement yesterday afternoon at tho Kiosk, when an interesting afternoon bad been planned by the committee. Miss M'Loan, M.A., C.B.E. (central president) received the visitors and presided at tho meeting; An interesting address was given by the Rev. J. B. Blanehard on "Putting the First Things First," this being listened to with attention and receiving a hearty appreciation at the conclusion. During the afternoon Mrs. W. Andrews sang two charming songs, and Mrs. Robertson contributed a violin solo, Mrs. B. L. Dallard acting as accompanist. Tea was served later, and the opportunity taken by individual members of exchanging ideas with those from other 'branches. The proceedings closed with the Binging of the National Anthem.
