CRICKETERS' RETURN

ARRIVAL ON SUNDAY

(By telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.")

AUCKLAND, 28th October. The New Zealand cricket team will return from its tour of England by tho; Ruahine, which is due at Auckland on I Sunday morningl. Mr. D. Reese, president, Mr. W. S. Winsor, secretary, and Mr. E. R. Cargill, of the New Zealand Cricket Council, will arrive from Christchurch to extend an official welcome home to the players. Together with, officials of the Aucklaud Cricket Association, the executive officers will go out by launch to the Ruahino when she anchors in the harbour. Members of the team will be accorded a civic reception on Monday. This will bo followed by an official luncheon tendered by the New Zealand Cricket Council.

Southern members of tho team will leave for their homes on Monday night.
