ALLEGED WIFE MURDER
SMITH CHARGED AND
REMANDED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . HAMILTON, This Day. Arthur Walter Smith (50) appoared in the Magistrate's Court this morning charged with the murder of his wife, Lois Alexandra Smith, on 3rd October, at Hamilton. The aiv.used is still .suffering from the effects of a wound in Ms throat, and ivas assisted to and from the dock by a police officer. The caso was remanded until the -Ith November.
