'(Popening of their handsome new premises, which are just out of the (^^^n^-^^builder's hands" The new building is a triumph of modern store design, and reflects the.greatest credit on all those connected with its planning and construction. Viewed from the outside, it is at once striking and beautiful, giving a new dignity to one of the finest corner shopping sites in the City. No less than fifteen large plate glass windows face on to Cuba and Vivian Streets, and these are numbered for the convenience of customers. ' THE GROUND FLOOR LAYOUT. Entering the ground floor, one is at once struck by the ideal arrangement of the departments, which although conveniently grouped, allow ample room for comfortable, uncrowded shopping. On the right as you go in are situated the , Fancy Department, Haberdashery, Wool, Neckwear, and Ribbons and Laces. An "island" in the centre of the floor is devoted to those very important items, Gloves and Hosiery, while on the left are Silks, Cotton Dress Goods, Woollen Dress Goods, the Manchester Department, and Furnishing Drapery. THE SHOWROOM IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR. Stepping into the elevator, you now visit the commodious Showroom, to which the whole of the first floor is devoted. Airy, well lit, and beautifully arranged, our new Showroom will make an instantaneous appeal to those women who like to select their more important garments in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. Special accommodation is provided for private fittings—in fact, no single feature has been forgotten that will add to the comfort of our patrons. The Showroom comprises the usual departments—Mantles, Millinery, Corsets, Underclothing and Children's Outfitting—each fully stocked with the very newest goods, specially selected for the opening of the New Store. A SEPARATE MEN'S STORE. With its own entrance from Cuba Street, our Men's Shop is entirely separate from the rest of the Store, a point which all men will appreciate. Here will be found a complete stock of the latest in Men's Clothing, Mercery, and Juvenile wear, and we can promise to outfit man from head to foot, with satisfaction and saving. NO CHANGE IN POLICY. With the improved facilities now offered to the shopping public, it might reasonably be inferred that Patrick's famous low prices would be a thing of the past. We have great pleasure in stating most emphatically that such is NOT the case. "Value for money" will still be our" policy, the only difference being that you will now shop in greater comfort, and choose from bigger and better stocks than ever before. PATRICK'S CORNER More Efficient Service ! Better Value Still ! Watch for BIG SALE ANNOUNCEMENT in To-Morrow's "Post"
