Acceptance for the C.J.C. Stewards' Handicap, a further payment for the New Zealand Cup, aud first forfeits for the Welcome Stakes, New Zealand Oaks Stakes, and New Zealand Derby Stakes, are due at the Canterbury Jockey Club's office at S o'clock, on Friday evening. Nominations for all the minor evrnls at the meeting close at the same time.
