F. FOSTER TO APPEAL
Report from Auckland states that F. E. Foster, as well as H. E. Goldfinch, ia appealing to the Now Zealand Racing Conference against tho twelve months' disqualification' imposed on him by the Auckland District Committee in the Royal Survey case. ' Goldfinch's appeal has already been lodged, but Foster's has not yet been received officially. The time and place of the appeal have not been announced. !
