Packet and newspaper mall closes half an hour before the time of closing ordinary letter mails. OVERSEA MAILS. THURSDAY, 15th OCTOBER. Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Egypt, and Soutti Africa; also air-mail correspondence (extra feo 7d per '.feoz) for Groat Britain, Ireland, and Europa, via Karachi-London air mail, due Louden l'tli November, per Ullmaroa. at Auckland, 12.30 p.m. C.P.O. late fee 6 p.m. Latei'eo box outside Tnorndon Station 7 p.m. Parcel mail closes i p.m. Wednesday.
