WAIWETU CLUB

The winter season of tho Walwetu Golf Club will be officially closed this week-end, when a Canadian mixed foursome bogey will be played, followed by driving and approachIng competitions. In the afternoon mixed teams of four will play a medal round, following which trophies won during the season-will be presented. A Canadian mixed foursome played last Saturday was won by J. B. Wallace and Mrs. Pyrie, with a net score of 75. A spoon competition will be played next Saturday.
